1. Products
Chamunda Nursery & Farm deals exclusively in plants. We do not sell or promote any other products outside this category.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability of plants.
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on seasonal availability and demand.
3. Payments
Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.
We accept payments through cash, UPI, and bank transfer (where applicable).
4. Delivery & Pickup
Customers can collect plants directly from our nursery.
Delivery services, if available, may involve additional charges and are limited to certain locations.
Chamunda Nursery & Farm will not be responsible for any damage to plants during transportation if handled by third-party services.
5. Plant Care
We ensure that all plants are healthy at the time of sale.
Plant survival depends on proper care, environment, and maintenance. Chamunda Nursery & Farm will not be held liable for any plant damage, disease, or mortality after purchase.
6. Returns & Refunds
As plants are perishable living items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once plants are sold.
In case of genuine issues identified at the time of purchase, customers are requested to raise concerns immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability
Chamunda Nursery & Farm will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase, use, or inability to maintain the plants.
