1. Return Policy
As plants are perishable living items, we do not accept returns once the plants have been sold and delivered/picked up.
Customers are requested to carefully check the plants at the time of purchase or delivery.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable after the plants leave our nursery.
In rare cases, if a confirmed order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability, a refund will be processed.
Refunds (if applicable) will be made through the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
3. Replacement Policy
If customers notice any issue with the plants at the time of delivery/pickup, they must inform us immediately.
Replacement may be considered only if the issue is reported on the spot and agreed upon by our team.
4. Customer Responsibility
Plant growth and survival depend on proper care, environment, and maintenance.
Chamunda Nursery & Farm is not responsible for plant damage, disease, or death after delivery/purchase.
